The preacher curl is an isolation exercise for the biceps. The use of the preacher bench increased tension on the biceps muscles. Remember to warm up before beginning your set.
- Sit with your arms resting on the bench.
- Keep your spine neutral.
- Inhale and curl the bar.
- Squeeze the biceps at the top.
- Exhale and lower the bar.
- Overextending the arms at the bottom of the movement.
