Overview

Seated wrist deviation is an exercise for the wrists. This stretch encourages natural range of motion at the wrist joint. Maintaining healthy wrists may prevent the development of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS).

Description

  • Seated with the left arm at your side, bend your left elbow to 90 degrees.
  • Roll your hand into a fist around the thumb.
  • Bend at the wrist so that your fist cocks toward the pinky-side.

  • Bending (or flexing) the wrist
