Description

  • With the left elbow bent at your side, turn your palm up and away from you, fingers pointing up.
  • Cup your left fingers with your right hand.
  • Using your right hand, gently pull your left fingers back as you straighten your left arm out in front of you.
  • Repeat with the opposite side.
