The Barbell Front Raise is a great shoulder strengthening exercise. Perform this exercise to add muscle and shape to your front shoulders.


  • Grasp bar with hands shoulder width apart, and arms down at sides.
  • Slowly raise bar straight forward and up toward shoulders; return to start position and repeat.


  • Shrugging the shoulders.
  • Swinging the body.
