The Leg Press on TQLP strengthens the legs, hips and buttocks. This is a great exercise for shaping and defining the legs and thighs.
- Place feet shoulder width apart on foot platforms, adjust seat so there is a 90 set resistance.
- Grip handles and lean into back pad.Grip handles and lean into back pad.
- Slowly press legs outward without locking knees.
- Return to start position and repeat.
