The pec deck machine is a isolation exercise for the Pectoralis major. Every major gym will contain a pec deck. The ‘fly’ is a classic bodybuilding exercise for adding definition to the chest muscles.


  • Sit on the machine and hold the handles.
  • Push the handles together.
  • Return the handles to the starting position.
  • Repeat.


  • Slouching forward.
