The Standing Shoulder Press w/Handles is a great exercise for strengthening and building muscle for the shoulders. In addition to developing the shoulders, this exercise strengthens the core.
- Set doors narrow, position pulleys below waist and set resistance.
- Stand parallel with pulleys facing away from machine, grasp handles with palms facing forward and bring handles just above shoulder height with elbows bent.
- Slowly extend arms overhead without locking elbows; return to start position and repeat.
- Hunching the shoulders.
- Locking your elbow.
